Cloud Storage Migration

If your files are stored on cloud storage, such as on AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage etc., then you can use one of the Cloud Storage Datasources for migration.

1. Sign up on PixelBin

First, you need to create a PixelBin account. Sign up if you don't already have one.

2. Create a Zone with a Cloud Storage Datasource

Next, log in to your account and go to the Zones page.

  1. Follow the steps mentioned here to create Datasource using any cloud storage like AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage, etc.
  2. Then follow the steps mentioned here to create a Zone.
  3. Make sure to use the above Datasource while creating this Zone.

Once your Zone is set up, you should be able to access your images through PixelBin. For example, if your source URL looks like this https://example.com/images/uploads/sample.jpeg, then your PixelBin URL would be something like this https://cdn.pixelbin.io/v2/your_cloud_name/original/sample.jpeg.
