Playground

Playground allows you to experiment with PixelBin's image transformations and see live results. We provide you with a sample image, but you can also upload an image relevant to you and apply the transformations.

Transformations

Two types of transformation can be applied to images:

1. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Transformations
2. Basic Transformations

AI Transformation

Follow the below steps to perform AI transformations.

AI Transformations

1. Select one of the transformations from the AI Transformation section in the left navigation pane.
2. Click on the Refresh button to refresh the image.
3. Click on the Auto Refresh button to automatically refresh the image.
4. Click on the Original button to view the original image.
5. Click on the Transformed button to view the transformed image.
6. Click on the URL Copy icon to copy the image URL.
7. Click on the Open In New Tab icon to open the image in a new tab.
8. Click on the Save as Preset button to save the set of transformations as a preset.
9. Click on the Clear All button to clear all the image transformations.
10. Click on the Add ons button to show all the Add-ons and apply them. Refer Add-ons.
11. Use the Search option to search the transformations and add-ons.

Basic Transformation

1. Select one of the transformations from the Basic Transformation section in the left navigation pane.

2. Click on the Original button to view the original image.

3. Click on the Transformed button to view the transformed image.

Refresh, Auto-Refresh, URL Copy, Open In New Tab, Save as Preset and Clear All features are the same as those mentioned in the AI transformation section.

Context

The result of image transformations is provided to you in JSON format by the transformation context. The response data gives specific information about what occurs at each stage of an image's transformation.

Upload/change playground image

If you want to change the current image on the Playground page, either select one from the My Library section or upload a new one.

There are three ways to upload a file on the Playground page:

1. Browse Storage
2. Drag and drop
3. Import from URL

Browse storage

1. Click on the Upload button.

2. Select the specific folder from the left navigation pane.

   Select Folder

3. Select a specific Image.

   Select File

4. Click on the Select button, to change the Playground image.

   Click Select

Drag and drop

1. Click on the Upload button.

2. Click on the Upload File button.

3. Click on the Browse button.

   Browse Button

4. Select a file from your local system and drag & drop the file, to upload the image to My Library and change the Playground image.

Import from URL

1. Click on the Upload button.

2. Click on the Import from URL button.

3. Copy the image URL you want to upload. Paste that URL as shown.

4. Click on the Upload button, to upload the image to My Library and change the Playground image.

Download

A user can directly download the resultant image after applying some transformations to it as shown below.

1. Simply click on the Download button.

2. The file is then downloaded to your local system.
