Organization

A PixelBin organization is the root entity where all the features of PixelBin are located. Every single unit of work such as image transformation, asset delivery, and storage happens within an organization. When a user logs in, the first thing that the user needs to do is to create an organization.

Furthermore, a user can have many organizations and similarly, a user can belong to many organizations (see Teams).

Creating an Organization

When a user signs up for Pixelbin, it automatically creates an individual organization account for them. To create an addtional organization be it individual or enterprise, the user needs to get in touch with the Pixelbin team to enable the Create an organization feature.

Go to Change Organization

To create a new organization or change the current one, first click on the Change Organization button on the profile name dropdown menu as shown below.

Next, select any available organizations from the list or click on Create a New Organization to create a new organization.

Individual Organization

Create an Individual organization if only a single user is going to use the organization.

Select from one of the given industries.
Enter the cloud name for the organization or use the predefined one.
Click Continue.

Enterprise Organization

Create an Enterprise organization if multiple users are going to use the organization.

Click on the Enterprise button, to open the Enterprise organization form.
Select from one of the given industries.
Enter the organization name or use the predefined one.
Select your organization's strength.
Enter the cloud name for the organization or use the predefined one.
Click Continue.

There will always be a cloud name (a unique identifier), that will be associated with an organization. A cloud name cannot be changed after an organization is created.

Organization Details

To view the details of the current organization, go to the Details tab on the Settings page.

Here, you can edit the organization name, or copy the organization's unique id and cloud name for any required purpose.
