We do not knowingly collect data from users who are considered as minors in GDPR and DPDPA. If discovered, accounts are deleted within 45 days. Parents/guardians may contact us to remove a minor’s data.
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age counted as a minor, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a minor, please do not use our services or provide any personal data. We do not process children’s data based on consent and do not intentionally offer services directly to children as defined under Article 8 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Suppose we become aware that personal data of a child under the applicable age of consent has been collected without verified parental consent. In that case, we will take steps to delete the information within the defined deletion timeline. Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal data without their consent may contact PixelBin DPO to request deletion or review of the information.
