PixelBin is an enterprise platform offering you a bundle of features such as managing your media storage, editing multiple images by applying various transformations (general and AI-based), delivering your content over CDN, etc. It is suitable for all organizations ranging from small-scale startups to large-scale enterprises.
Can I cancel/upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

You can cancel/upgrade/downgrade your subscription at any time. In case of cancellation, you lose all your balance credits (if any) in your account. In case of upgrade/downgrade, you can carry forward your balance credits into your new billing plan.

What kind of support is provided by PixelBin?

What is overage price per credit?

Overage price per credit is the rate applied on consumption of every credit consumed after exhausting your monthly credit quota.
What is overage price per GB of storage?

Overage price per GB of storage is the rate applied on consumption of every GB consumed after exhausting your monthly storage quota.
What does credit mean in PixelBin?

PixelBin services are measured in the unit of credits. A credit is nothing but the unit for usage consumption. It can have different values for different services of PixelBin. For example, a single Erase.bg transformation consumes 1 credit, whereas a Basic transformation consumes just 0.003 credits.
What happens when I exceed my credits?

Whenever you exhaust your monthly credits, you are still able to access the services of PixelBin. For all the usage thereafter, you will be charged at the rate of Overage Price for the customers. For example, If you’re using Basic plan with 200 monthly credits costing you say $40 per month. Let us say you consumed 200 credits in first 20 days of your monthly billing cycle. After 20 days, you consumed 50 credits for additional usage. Now, these 50 additional credits will be charged at the rate of overage price per credit, say $0.4 per credit.
Base Plan Price = $40
Additional Usage Price = 50 credits x $0.4 per credit = $20
Total payable amount = $40 + $20 = $60 (excluding applicable taxes if any)

For example, If you’re using Basic plan with 200 GB monthly storage costing you say $40 per month. Let us say you consumed 200 GB storage in first 20 days of your monthly billing cycle. After 20 days, you consumed 50 GB storage for additional usage. Now, these 50 additional GB storage will be charged at the rate of overage price per GB storage, say $0.4 per GB storage.
Base Plan Price = $40
Additional Usage Price = 50 GB x $0.4 per GB storage = $20

What happens when I don’t consume full quota of my monthly credits?

If you do not consume all the monthly credits you get in your subscription plan, you loose all the remaining credits. For example, If you’re using Basic plan with 200 monthly credits costing you say $40 per month. If you consumed only 150 credits by the end of your monthly billing cycle, then the remaining 50 credits will be expired.
